How can I buy the albums?
You can pay by credit/debit card by clicking on the price next to the CD you wish to have. This will take you to the catalogue page, where Pay buttons are at the right of the items. You can also buy through our eBay shop, or you can print off the order form and send by post with your cheque. The albums are available in a wide
variety of shops and attractions. See 'buy' for more details.
Do you use samples?
No. All our music is original and unique.
Is your site payment secure ?
Yes, all transactions are processed through PayPal where we are verified. It's free and safe, and millions of people who use it can't be wrong.
How much is the postage ?
Postage & packing of albums is free to UK Mainland and Europe. There may be a small surcharge for outside Europe. Please email for details.
What are the terms and conditions around Royalty Free Music?
Certain third party composers, musicians and other artists have supplied Cumara Music with compositions, arrangements, sound recordings, samples and other musical works (“music”) for use in film, video, television, radio and holistic uses. Cumara Music have made these available to you for your use subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms”).
These Terms apply to all and any use of the music and this website and if you do not accept them you should not use this website, the music or any part of them.
Privacy Policy
From time to time, Cumara Music may ask for and / or you may choose to submit personal data to this site( including your email address and contact details) for purposes of identification and marketing. You agree and accept that provided Cumara Music does so in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, this data may be used, stored and processed:
To notify you about Cumara Music events or related activities;
If you do not want Cumara Music to collect or process your personal data, please do not submit it and if you have or you believe that we have data about you that is incorrect please write to cumara music at the address below and the information will be corrected as soon as possible or removed from our database as you request.
Liability
Cumara Music will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss to you. Your statutory rights as a consumer are available to you.
Cumara Music shall have no liability in respect of any other website or page on the Internet accessible from Cumara Music or for any bug or virus or similar code contained within any music; or for any damage caused
to your software or hardware; or for any machine, equipment or system or any third party software and shall not incur any liability if a system failure results from any interfacing with non-compliant hardware or third party software. Third party websites with links from Cumara Music have not been verified or reviewed by Cumara Music and use and access of such third party websites is made at your own risk.

Subject to these Terms and except with Cumara Music's prior written permission:
Cumara Music grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable right and licence to download, and use music for the purposes set out in these Terms only;
You may:
Download sample versions of the music
for your preview and evaluation only; and
upon payment of the Licence Fee (as defined below) download, and from CD, use the music named in the licence for your personal commercial use for the synchronisation of the music within film, video, television, radio and computer software or holistic uses based or generated works developed, produced or otherwise created by you for so long as copyright exists in the music.
in using Cumara Music's music as permitted by these Terms modify or adapt the music only by editing or cutting provided that you do not do so to create a new composition.
You may not:
Use, copy, modify or adapt the music other than as expressly permitted by these terms or
add lyrics to the music or
use, modify or adapt any part of the
music in any manner, including without limitation by way of copying, sampling or looping for the purpose of creating any new composition or
stream the music or use the music on the Internet except in in Quicktime, Windows Media Player, Flash or Real Audio file format; or
sub-license, rent, assign, resell or otherwise deal in the rights or music licensed to you except as part of the Synchronisation work and after prior payment of the Licence Fee (as defined below); or
commercially
exploit or authorise any third party to commercially exploit, including by way of commercial release of any Synchronisation containing the music or any part of them without prior payment of the Licence Fee (as defined below); or
represent yourself as being connected in any way with Cumara Music.
You agree and acknowledge that:
Copyright (and all other like rights) in the music is owned by or licensed to Cumara Music, unless otherwise specified
In any exploitation, by you of any music of Cumara Music (including Synchronisations and in the manner aforesaid) you shall afford and shall procure that such third party affords Cumara Music with such credit as shall be reasonable.
You shall not modify or adapt the music or part thereof except as expressly permitted in these Terms or by and in accordance with s. 296A(1) Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 or s. 50B(2) Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988;
Copyright
(and all other like rights) in such modifications and adaptations are and shall be the exclusive property of and vest in Cumara Music on creation and you shall do such acts as may be required for vesting absolutely full right, title, property and interest therein PROVIDED always that you shall be entitled to use such music, improvement and modification in accordance with these Terms.
The name “Cumara Music” is a trade name or trade mark of Cumara Music. All other trade marks are acknowledged and Cumara
Music makes no warranty or representation in respect thereof.
Licence Fee
In order to and in consideration of the right to download and use the works for Synchronisation as set out above you agree to:
Pay to Cumara Music the fee for the permitted use of a particular music as set out on this website and in the Request ("Licence Fee");
comply at all times with these Terms;
grant Cumara Music or its representatives the rights, on giving you reasonable notice, to audit your works, commercial dealings and accounts to ensure compliance with these Terms.
The licence granted hereunder and the Licence Fee does not include or cover performance rights. On public performance or commercial broadcast of the music you shall use your best endeavours to inform the relevant collection society in relation thereto and indemnify Cumara Music in relation thereto. None of the tracks in the royalty free music library are registered with any collecting organisation.
To use the music beyond the Terms you must send an email to info@cumara-music.co.uk stating your requirements and intentions and seeking consent, such consent to be withheld at the sole discretion of Cumara Music.
Payment Terms
By submitting a Request you may offer to purchase a licence to use the music named for the price stated in the Request.
All prices are quoted in GB pounds stirling and do not include local import or sales taxes.
Requests are subject to these terms and conditions, will be confirmed by e-mail and are deemed accepted when we send out an e-mail acceptance OR the music.
Music shall
be dispatched in the file format specified in the Request.
You will not be charged for any Requests that cannot be fulfilled and where appropriate we will re-credit to your account any sum debited by us.
Requests may be processed online, by phone or by fax, using a stated credit or debit card or cheque sent to the address below. Cumara Music does not accept cash. Transactions using cheque will not be processed until such cheque has cleared.
Cumara Music may cancel any sale and
not supply music if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of items at any time at its sole discretion.
If the music received is faulty please return the file to Cumara Music for a replacement, whenever possible and reasonable.
If you change your mind before receiving the music (i.e before you open the file containing the music, please return the file before using it or otherwise copying it, with the accompanying email and delete all copies
from your system within 7 working days. A refund will be given provided it has been returned in the condition it was in when delivered to you and we are satisfied that the music has not been used. No reason has to be given.
Please note that in order to make commercial exploitation of any music, you must be over the age of 18 years or else have your parent’s consent to do so on these Terms. You therefore warrant that you are over 18 years of age or else have your parent’s consent and that your parents
have read and agree to these Terms.
The licence granted hereunder arises only on receipt of payment of the Fees in full and shall automatically terminate in the event that you breach these Terms.
General
General use of this Cumara Music site is governed by terms and conditions which are now part of these Terms which may be read on the Cumara Music website.
Unless otherwise terminated the rights and licence granted to you will last for as long as you use the music.
The rights and licence granted to you will terminate automatically if you
fail to abide by any of these Terms.
Cumara Music are principally aiming its website at the UK market and cannot guarantee that it or its content accords with local laws of any other countries.
Use of Cumara Music and these terms are subject to the laws of England and the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
